Dog killer Kostas Liapis, a restaurant owner in the village of Nea Stira, in the island of Evia in Greece still goes unpunished three whole years after he deliberately lured a three month old puppy with food and then broke her skull with a wooden chair.
Sick, starving, scared to death and abandoned in a square in the center of Glyfada, one of the most expensive and upper class neighborhoods of Glyfada, the two puppies were rescued by SPAZ, the local charity.
